So...since Sunday, I went to the Gym after a week long of hiatus and it's like payback time to my body.I really have to work hard for that dream body I wanted for ages..haha.. I noticed that I really have to work real hard for my belly...That Ibu Oka's Babi Guling is still there..jiggle and mingle with my Sunday Mee Kolok...ahahahah

Bye-Bye Bali...

Woke up around 6am and had breakfast at the Balcony. We had burger for breakfast and it was delicious! Tanaya Bed & Breakfast... I'm soooo gonna haunt you in the near future.I will stay here again! Headed to the airport almost 8am for our 9.10am flight. Ngurah Rai International Airport is just a short distance away from Legian . Our driver dropped us at the departure terminal and we had to drag our bags for almost 1 kilometre before we reach the security checkpoint. The flight departed on time and we arrived in Singapore's Changi International Airport around 11.45am. There were longggggggggg queue at the Immigration Checkpoint (had to wait for almost 20 mins). Got our bags 20 minutes later as we couldn't find our bags (apparently, it was placed by the side of the conveyor belt by the airport staff for another arrival by other airline). We headed for Terminal 3 and had lunch there. We flew again at 5.35pm to Kuching . It was a pleasant flight home and I just dozed

Ubud-Krisna-Tanah Lot-Legian: Day 3

We woke up early and I headed for the pool and swam a few baby-strokes(the pool is rather small actually)..haha...Had breakfast and as usual the staff were so accommodating and kind to us. For a small boutique hotel, I would have to say; they are doing a wonderful job in F&B department because guests are given 3 options of breakfast, unlike from where I'm from, most hotels would just serve us with fried noodles or fried rice or porridge. That's it. So, I had the American Breakfast (Omelette,Bacon,Fruits, tea and a glass of juice) After breakfast, we strolled along the street of Ubud. As it is still early, most of the shops were still closed. One thing I noticed, it is quite difficult to find public restroom in Ubud.My bladder felt like bursting (after tea and juice)...yeah serve me right for not peeing before headed out. I was literally racewalking around Ubud and holding onnnnnnnnn and yeah finally I found one in Ubud Market!!!Hallelujah! That was the only phrase I he

Kuta-Kintamani-Ubud: Day 2

Morning    -Barong Dance & Batuan Temple   Batuan Temple Barong Dance  So we checked out after having very heavy breakfast at "Padi-Padi". We went straight for the Barong & Keris Dance in Sanur District . To be honest, it wasn't really my cup of tea. The entrance fee was a bomb; Indonesian Rupiah 100,000.00 per person. Spent almost an hour before heading for a little shopping at Sukawati. Next time, I will not go for Barong Dance anymore. We stopped by Batuan Temple (open for public), paid for the entrance fee and was given a sarong to wear. Most of the temple visits require visitors to wear sarong (if you are wearing short pants) or simply to tie a yellow coloured band around your waist (if you are wearing long pants). -Sukawati Market For those who love to shop for souvernirs and whatnot; Sukawati Market is a must. You can get loads of t-shirt for only Indonesian Rupiah 100,000.00. I, however; did not shop anything there (

Kuta Beach & Uluwatu Sunset Tour Day 1

9am- 2.30pm So, I woke up around 7am and had a heavy breakfast at the hotel's restaurant the " Padi-Padi ".It is very nice. We were amazed by the presentation of the cuisine and have to admit that we booked the room for less than 45 USD (2 pax)...it is as good as a 5 Stars hotel. After that, we went out and walked all the way to Kuta Beach. Can you believe that?!! I couldn't believe that I would walk around as I could never stand the heat...however.... ...the weather was great( cloudy a bit and occasionally bright) and it wasn't that humid at all. Sat by the beach and rented a spot for that Indonesian Rupiah 30,000.00 (kinda weird that you have to pay for a place on a public beach..but any way...the lady who sold us the coconut drinks (Indonesian Rupiah 20,000.00) was very nice.     At Kuta Walk (the mall) We had lunch at a Mall (very Urban and Hip-Looking Mall....Kuta Walk??!) and went to Starbucks before headin

Changi Terminal 1,Bumpy Flight to Bali

One of the Terminals in Changi Terminal 3 Changi Great Terminal.Hopped to Terminal 3 for little tour on the skytrain. And had my shower gel confiscated by the airport ground staff before departure to Denpasar Bali...ahaha...so,my shower gel was taken and thrown away.I am obviously taken aback a little. lt is my own fault because I did not check on the regulations about hand carry item in Changi Airport!hahah You can get to the other terminals with the Skytrain The flight to Bali departed around 4.05pm (Terminal 1),we landed at 6.55pm. The sky was clear but we had minor turbulence over the Java Sea. The plane is half empty and I switched my seat to the back because the lady next to me decided to lie down as though she was sleeping on her home sofa! So I moved to the seats at the back and slept throughout the flight.Kinda enjoyed the flight although seat belt sign was ON until we landed in Bali. I was actually scared because I don't really like turbulence...
